The Inventory & Assets module provides complete visibility into institutional assets — from computers and lab equipment to furniture and stationary — across all campuses.

Assets are cataloged with unique identifiers, purchase details, warranty information, and depreciation tracking. Assignment to departments or individuals is recorded with check-in/check-out tracking.

Maintenance scheduling ensures that equipment is serviced on time, and stock management tracks consumables with reorder level alerts. Purchase orders are managed within the module.

QR code labels can be printed and affixed to assets for quick scanning and inventory audits via mobile devices.
