Fee Management

The Fee Management module handles the complete fee lifecycle — from structure setup and invoice generation to payment collection, reconciliation, and reporting.

Fee structures can be configured with unlimited flexibility: one-time fees, term-wise, monthly, or custom schedules. The system supports multiple fee types including tuition, transport, hostel, and miscellaneous.

Payment gateways including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers are integrated for online collection. Late payment penalties, concessions, and scholarships are handled automatically.

Family billing allows multiple students from the same family to be billed under a single account with consolidated statements.
