Hostel Management

The Hostel Management module digitizes residential facility operations from room allocation and attendance to mess management and visitor logs.

Room allocation is managed through a visual floor plan interface. Students can apply online, and administrators allocate rooms based on preferences and availability.

Attendance is tracked with check-in/check-out timestamps, and overnight absence alerts are sent to wardens and parents. The mess module handles menu planning and fee tracking.

Visitor logs maintain a digital record of everyone entering and leaving, and complaint registration with maintenance tracking ensures prompt issue resolution.
